Job summary

Career Builder Placement Services is seeking a dedicated specialist to handle sales order processing and customer coordination in Gurugram. You will prepare quotations, sales orders, and proforma invoices, and process orders through the ERP system, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate records.

You will collaborate with production, PPC, stores, dispatch, and accounts while maintaining regular MIS reports.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of sales order processing and customer coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and execution.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, Proforma Invoices, and other sales‑related documents.
• Process customer orders through the ERP system and monitor order status.
• Coordinate with Production, PPC, Stores, Dispatch, and Accounts for timely deliveries.
• Follow up with customers regarding order confirmation, dispatch schedules, and payment status.
• Maintain accurate customer records, order details, and sales documentation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve order‑related issues promptly.
• Support the sales team in achieving business targets through effective coordination.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and excellent service.
