Responsibilities

• Download and validate data from SAP for sales, distribution, and specimens.
• Prepare reports by year, quarter, month, week, day and as per business requirements (segment-wise, series-wise, product-wise, customer-wise, channel-wise).
• Generate sales vs. target, incentive reports and scheme slab vs. achievement reports.
• Maintain SAP master data and ensure accuracy of records.
• Monitor regional sales performance (e.g., Gujarat, Rajasthan) and prepare comparison reports.
• Provide insights to the core team for decision-making.

Role & responsibilities

• Download and validate sales, distribution, and specimen data from SAP.
• Prepare multiple reports: year-wise, quarter-wise, monthly, weekly, daily, and as per business requirements (segment-wise, series-wise, product-wise, customer-wise, channel-wise, etc.).
• Generate sales vs. target, scheme slab vs. achievement, and incentive reports.
• Prepare specimen distribution, issue, return, and acknowledgment reports for respective teams.
• Maintain SAP master data and ensure accuracy of records.
• Track pending orders and daily billing reports, share with concerned stakeholders.
• Monitor sales performance by region (e.g., Gujarat, Rajasthan) and prepare comparison reports.
• Analyze direct vs. indirect sales, canvassing, and distribution trends.
• Provide insights for decision-making to the core team, ASM, ASO, and SE.
• Assist in planning and tracking sales targets, promotional schemes, and customer incentives.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Bi, Macros preferred).
