Job summary

Ciel HR is seeking a Sales & Service Engineer to expand the mechanical seal business across the designated territory in Tamil Nadu. You will develop dealer and ASC networks, support customers with product selection, and drive after-sales service and technical problem resolution.

The role requires travel within the territory, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, installation, and commissioning of seals and spare

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial sales or technical sales.
• Familiarity with mechanical seals or industrial equipment.
• Willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales & Service Engineer to develop mechanical seal business in the assigned territory while providing technical support to dealers, Authorized Service Centres (ASCs), and direct customers. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing service networks, and resolving technical issues related to mechanical seals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop mechanical seal business and generate sales in the assigned territory.
• Support ASCs and dealers in selecting suitable mechanical seals for various applications.
• Provide technical and after-sales service support to dealers and direct customers.
• Appoint and develop Authorized Service Centres (ASCs) in targeted market segments.
• Achieve annual sales targets for mechanical seals and spare parts.
• Guide dealers and service teams on product installation and commissioning.
• Troubleshoot mechanical seal problems and provide technical solutions.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including Central Warehouse, Order Booking, Marketing Services, and the Service Centre.
• Conduct scheduled audits of Authorized Service Centres as per company policies.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collection from customers.
