Job summary

Diamond Hotel in Varanasi seeks a results-driven sales professional to drive room, banquet and F&B revenue. You will develop business from corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators and groups, while managing OTA platforms to maximise occupancy and ADR.

The role requires strong knowledge of corporate sales, OTA management and revenue optimization in the local market. You will collaborate with Front Office, Reservations, F&B and Operations to deliver growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel sales and revenue generation.
• Strong understanding of corporate sales strategies and negotiations.
• Familiarity with OTA platforms and channel management.

Responsibilities

• Drive room, banquet and F&B sales to meet monthly revenue targets.
• Develop business from Corporate Clients, Travel Agents, Tour Operators and Groups.
• Manage OTA platforms such as MakeMyTrip, GoIbibo, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.
• Monitor room rates, occupancy, ADR and RevPAR to maximize revenue.
• Conduct regular corporate visits and develop new business accounts.
• Prepare corporate rate contracts and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Monitor competitor pricing and local market demand.
• Handle group bookings and banquet/event enquiries.
• Prepare sales and revenue reports & forecasts.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, F&B and Operations teams.
• Upsell packages and hotel services to increase revenue.
• Achieve hotel sales, occupancy and revenue targets.

• Monitor room rates, inventory, occupancy, ADR and RevPAR to maximize revenue.
• Conduct regular corporate/field sales visits and develop new business accounts.
• Prepare corporate rate contracts and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Monitor competitor pricing, market trends and local demand.
• Handle group bookings, corporate bookings and banquet/event enquiries.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and revenue reports & forecasts.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, F&B and Operations teams.
• Focus on upselling, packages and additional hotel services to increase overall revenue.
• Responsible for achieving hotel sales, occupancy and revenue targets.

Preferred candidate profile .

Hotel sales & revenue experience with strong knowledge of Corporate Sales, OTA Management, Revenue Management and the local market.
