Job description

• Develop and implement the hotel's overall revenue management strategy.
• Manage room rates, restrictions, inventory, and availability across all market segments and distribution channels.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue forecasts.
• Analyze occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, pickup, pace, booking patterns, cancellations, and market demand.
• Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, room types, and market positioning.
• Optimize pricing based on demand, seasonality, events, market conditions, and booking trends.
• Manage revenue across OTAs, direct channels, GDS, corporate accounts, wholesalers, and other distribution partners.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Front Office, Reservations, and E-commerce teams to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Review and optimize business mix by segment, source market, channel, and rate category.
• Conduct regular competitive and market analysis and recommend appropriate pricing actions.
• Manage overbooking strategies in coordination with Front Office and Reservations.
• Prepare revenue reports, performance dashboards, and management presentations.
• Identify opportunities to increase ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and overall hotel profitability.
• Support budgeting, annual business planning, and long-range forecasting.
• Monitor promotions and packages and evaluate their financial effectiveness.
• Ensure accurate rate loading, inventory controls, and parity across distribution channels.
• Participate in revenue meetings and communicate key business insights and action plans to management.
• Ensure compliance with the hotel's revenue management policies and procedures.
