Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Student Admissions.
• Experience in aviation institutes or aviation training academies is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of sales processes, lead generation and conversion strategies.
• Ability to plan and execute marketing activities independently.
• Willingness to travel locally for school visits and events.

The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, marketing, student admissions, and business development, preferably with an aviation training institute or aviation college.

The candidate will be responsible for promoting aviation courses, conducting outreach activities at schools and colleges, generating student enquiries, and achieving admission and revenue targets.
