• Experience with LinkedIn, Google, email platforms, CRM, Canva, and Adobe tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel within India and internationally for client meetings and events.
• Candidates without 2+ years in aviation marketing will not be considered.

Role Description

The Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Marketing Executive will support the development and execution of marketing plans, coordinate campaigns that promote Jetstream International’s aviation and hospitality services, and assist in identifying new market opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing marketing materials, managing digital and offline marketing activities, and collaborating with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. The role will also involve maintaining consistent brand messaging, tracking campaign performance, and contributing insights to improve customer engagement and lead generation.

• Candidate must be based in India and legally eligible to work in India.
• Minimum 2 years of proven marketing experience in the aviation industry is mandatory, with experience in areas such as flight support, trip support, ground handling, FBO services, charter brokerage, flight permits, aircraft handling, airline services, or related aviation operations.
• Bachelor’s degree / Graduation in Marketing, Business Administration, Aviation Management, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Communications, or a related field is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and lead generation.
• Experience creating and managing marketing campaigns for aviation, airlines, charter companies, private aviation, FBOs, travel companies, or related businesses.
• Ability to develop marketing strategies and campaigns to generate brand awareness, qualified leads, and new business opportunities.
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills for LinkedIn, website content, email campaigns, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Google, email marketing platforms, CRM systems, Canva, Adobe tools, or similar marketing platforms will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools and AI content creation is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, creative thinking, and analytical skills.
• Ability to conduct market research, monitor industry trends, analyze campaign performance, and prepare marketing reports.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with Sales, Operations, and Management teams.
• Willingness to travel within India and internationally for client meetings, aviation exhibitions, industry events, and business development activities as required.
• Candidates without a minimum of 2 years of relevant aviation industry marketing experience will not be considered.
