Job summary

Cancer Centers of America in Amritsar, Punjab seeks a field-based marketing and sales professional to build strong physician relationships, promote hospital services and drive patient flow through corporate ties and insurance collaborations.

You will organize CME events, coordinate medical camps, plan campaigns, and use CRM to track interactions, while developing sales targets and ensuring budget adherence.

Responsibilities

• Networking with physicians in allotted area and building rapport as per the marketing plan.
• Developing new customers and generating sales.
• Introducing hospital services, specialties, and differentiators to the physician community in the allotted area.
• Inviting physicians for CME programs and ensuring their participation.
• Coordinating medical camps.
• Maintaining patient flow from tie-ups with corporates and third-party administrators (Health Insurance) in the allotted regions; handling claim submissions as applicable.
• Increasing the volume of services for the different healthcare services of the hospital.
• Assisting in planning for ongoing ORCs, circulating advertisements, and movement of materials per the marketing calendar.
• Conducting pre- and post-call planning using the CRM system.
• Developing and achieving business plans and targets.
• Ensuring budgets are prepared and managed in line with EHL standards and that cost reports are analyzed and variances clarified/reported monthly.

• Responsible maintaining patient flow from tie ups with Corporates and Third-Party Administrators (Health Insurance) in the allotted regions; claim submissions as applicable in respective regions.
• Increasing the volume of services for the different healthcare services of the Hospital.
• Assist in planning and preparation for ongoing ORCs, circulating of advertisements, movement of materials prior to the ORCs, which are scheduled as per the marketing calendar.
• Conduct pre and post call planning maintaining and utilizing CRM system
• Develop and achieve business plans and targets.
• Ensure that budgets are prepared and managed in line with EHL standards and that cost reports are analysed and variances clarified/reported on a monthly basis.
