Park Medicenters And Institutions in Panipat invites a proactive Hospital Marketing & Business Development professional to lead marketing strategies and drive growth. The role focuses on expanding patient reach, building robust relationships with doctors, clinics, corporates, TPAs, and referral partners, and promoting hospital services and programs.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute hospital marketing and business development strategies.
• Generate new patient leads and increase OPD/IPD patient volume.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, nursing homes, corporates, TPAs, insurance companies, and referral partners.
• Identify and develop new corporate and institutional business opportunities.
• Promote hospital services, specialties, packages, and healthcare programs.
• Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with doctors and internal departments to improve patient conversion and service delivery.
• Handle TPA, Cash, ECHS, CGHS, Ayushman and other patient segments as applicable.
• Maintain regular follow-up with referral sources and corporate clients.
• Track marketing activities, leads, conversions, patient volume, and revenue.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and performance reports.
• Achieve assigned patient volume, business and revenue targets.
