• Monitor performance against targets and identify revenue gaps.
• Develop and maintain corporate tie-ups and institutional relationships.
• Coordinate doctor engagement programs and professional outreach.

Job description

1. Sales & Business Development

• Develop and implement the hospital's annual sales and business development strategy.
• Set targets for OPD, IPD, diagnostics, surgeries, procedures, health packages, and other hospital services.
• Identify new markets, patient segments, corporate accounts, institutions, and referral opportunities.
• Develop strategies to increase patient footfall, admissions, procedures, and overall hospital revenue.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly business performance against targets.
• Identify revenue gaps and implement corrective action plans.

2. Corporate & Institutional Tie-Ups

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate organizations, PSUs, educational institutions, NGOs, and other institutions.
• Establish and expand corporate healthcare tie-ups and employee health programs.
• Coordinate corporate health check-up packages, wellness programs, camps, and medical awareness initiatives.
• Negotiate commercial terms and service agreements within approved organizational policies.

4. Doctor & Referral Network Development

• Develop professional relationships with referring doctors, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare professionals.
• Promote appropriate hospital services and specialties through ethical referral and outreach programs.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen referral networks.
• Coordinate doctor engagement programs, CME programs, meetings, and professional outreach activities in collaboration with the clinical team.
