Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven SaaS SEO Specialist who can drive sustainable organic growth through strategic SEO initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword research, content optimization, and performance analysis. This role requires someone who understands search intent, stays updated with evolving SEO trends, and can translate organic traffic into meaningful business outcomes such as leads, demo bookings, and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and search rankings.
• Conduct keyword research to identify high-intent opportunities that drive qualified traffic and conversions.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, blogs, solution pages, and product pages for search performance.
• Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to resolve crawlability, indexing, site speed, and performance issues.
• Monitor and improve key SEO metrics including rankings, organic traffic, CTR, engagement, and conversions.
• Build and manage content clusters, internal linking strategies, and SEO-driven content plans.
• Analyze competitor strategies and identify new opportunities for organic growth.
• Track website performance using SEO and analytics tools and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support customer marketplaces with SEO audits, optimization recommendations, and growth insights.
• Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry best practices.

Requirements

• 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO.
• Strong understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Content SEO.
• Experience with keyword research, content optimization, and organic growth strategies.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Experience working closely with content, design, product, and development teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about organic growth.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with SaaS, eCommerce, Marketplace, or B2B technology companies.
• Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar commerce platforms.
• Exposure to programmatic SEO, AI-assisted content workflows, or large-scale content operations.
• Understanding of conversion optimization and user journey analysis.
