Job summary

Ninja Studio is seeking an experienced SEO & AEO Expert to own our organic search and AI-search visibility from our Amritsar, Punjab onsite office. You will lead technical SEO, content optimization, keyword strategy, and emerging AEO/GEO practices to drive growth and qualified leads.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience across technical, on-page, off-page, and content SEO, with proficiency in SEO tools and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, search-intent analysis, and content-gap analysis.
• Perform technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexing, site structure, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, redirects, and schema.
• Optimize website pages and content for search engines and users.
• Develop AEO/GEO strategies to improve visibility across AI-powered search and answer engines.
• Optimize content for featured snippets, People Also Ask, conversational queries, and AI-generated search results.
• Collaborate with content and development teams to implement SEO recommendations.
• Build and execute ethical link-building and digital PR strategies.
• Monitor performance through Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
• Track and report key SEO metrics, identify performance gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated with search algorithm changes, AI search developments, and emerging SEO trends.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced SEO & AEO Expert to take ownership of our organic search and AI-search visibility. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in technical SEO, content optimization, keyword strategy, and emerging AEO/GEO practices. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, executing SEO initiatives, and using data to improve organic traffic, rankings, and qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
2. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, search-intent analysis, and content-gap analysis.

Requirements:

1. 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience with demonstrable results.
2. Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, off-page, and content SEO.
3. Practical understanding of AEO/GEO and AI-powered search optimization.
4. Strong understanding of search intent, semantic SEO, entities, topical authority, and content clusters.
5. Proficiency with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs or SEMrush.
6. Understanding of website architecture and structured data/schema.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
8. Ability to independently plan and execute SEO initiatives.
9. Good written and verbal communication skills.

Good to Have:

1. Experience working with B2B SaaS or technology companies.
2. Experience targeting international/US markets.
3. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
4. Experience with programmatic SEO or CRO.
5. Knowledge of digital PR and advanced link-building techniques.
