Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an RMC (Ready-Mix Concrete) Marketing Manager based in Nagpur. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to promote ready-mix concrete services, identifying and engaging potential clients such as contractors, builders, and developers, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The RMC Marketing Manager will analyze market trends and competitors, prepare proposals and quotations, and coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to align production and delivery with client requirements. Daily activities include visiting project sites, conducting client meetings, tracking sales performance, and preparing regular reports for management on pipeline, revenue, and market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Sales and marketing skills focused on B2B construction or building materials, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
• Knowledge of ready-mix concrete products, basic construction processes, and local market dynamics in Nagpur or similar regions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with contractors, engineers, and project managers.
• Ability to analyze market data, prepare sales forecasts, and use basic CRM or sales tracking tools to manage opportunities.
• Comfort with on-site work, regular field visits, and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as operations, logistics, and finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Civil Engineering, or a related field; relevant experience in RMC or construction industry marketing is preferred.
