ACC Limited is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) sales across the assigned territory. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, expanding market presence, and delivering profitable growth.

Ideal candidates have 8–12 years in sales/business development within construction materials, with strong negotiation and leadership skills. Location includes Bhubaneswar, Cuttack and Patna, with a competitive CTC up to 10 LPA.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in Ready Mix Concrete (RMC).
• Strong understanding of the local construction market and customer network in the territory.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets, negotiate, and manage key accounts.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute territory-wise sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual RMC sales targets.
• Identify and develop business opportunities with builders, real estate developers, infrastructure companies, contractors, consultants, and other key customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers while acquiring new accounts and expanding market share.
• Generate leads, conduct customer meetings, negotiate commercial terms, and convert opportunities into orders.
• Monitor local market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with plant operations, dispatch, quality, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth order execution.
• Track sales pipeline, order book, collections, outstanding payments, and customer feedback; support revenue and collection goals.
• Prepare sales forecasts, periodic performance reports, and territory updates for management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, commercial processes, and customer service standards

The role will focus on building strong customer relationships, expanding market presence, achieving sales targets, and delivering profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory-wise sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual RMC sales targets.
• Identify and develop business opportunities with builders, real estate developers, infrastructure companies, contractors, consultants, and other key customers.

Required Experience & Skills

812 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in Ready Mix Concrete (RMC), cement, or construction materials.

• Strong understanding of the local construction market and customer network in the assigned territory is preferred.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets, develop new business, negotiate, and manage key accounts.
• Good communication, presentation, relationship-management, and commercial negotiation skills.
• Ability to coordinate across internal teams and manage multiple customer requirements effectively.
• Comfortable with sales reporting, forecasting, and maintaining customer/business data.

Education

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.

Compensation
