Job summary

Genxlead is seeking an experienced Retail Trainer to train and develop our retail store teams, aiming to boost sales performance and customer experience. The role requires travel across South region stores and delivering programs on product knowledge, sales techniques, and service standards.

You will design materials, conduct OJT, and monitor training impact while collaborating with Retail Operations and Store Managers to raise team performance.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience in Retail Training or Sales Training.
• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Good understanding of retail sales and customer service.
• Willingness to travel across stores in the South region.

Responsibilities
