Job summary

Kushals Fashion Jewellery in Hyderabad is seeking a Regional Retail Trainer to empower our store teams with the skills to improve sales and customer experience. You will deliver effective training programs across the region, in-person and online.

This role focuses on product knowledge, sales techniques, onboarding, coaching, and collaboration with store and cluster managers to meet targets. Willingness to travel and proficiency with LMS and MS Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-5 years experience as a retail trainer or in a similar training role.
• Strong knowledge of retail practices, sales techniques, and customer service.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to design and deliver training programs using varied methods.

Responsibilities

Job description

As a Regional Retail Trainer, you will deliver effective training and develop our retail team to achieve their targets and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for retail teams both in-person and remotely.

Provide in-depth product knowledge training to ensure the retail team is equipped to confidently present and sell our products.

Deliver training on sales techniques, negotiation skills, customer service, and other relevant skills to enhance the retail team's performance.

Conduct onboarding training sessions for new hires and familiarizing them with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.

Assess the performance of the sales team during training sessions and provide constructive feedback and coaching to address performance gaps.

Work closely with store and cluster managers to align training initiatives with sales goals and identify specific training needs.

Maintain updated records of training curriculum and material.

Skills Required:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

2-5 years experience as a retail trainer, sales trainer, or in a similar training role.

Strong knowledge of retail industry practices, sales techniques, and customer service principles.

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to design and deliver effective training programs, utilizing a variety of training methods and techniques.

Proficient in MS Office suite and other training software/tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Flexibility to travel within the assigned region as required.

Languages: Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi & Malayalam (Any 3 languages to speak)

Add-on: Hands-on experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems) and Instructional Design is an added advantage.
