Job summary

Red & Wine Decor, a showroom-based retailer, is seeking a sales-focused professional to handle showroom customers and generate sales. You will understand client requirements, recommend wallpapers, wallcoverings, furniture and décor, prepare quotations, follow leads to closure, and coordinate with design, production and installation teams to ensure smooth order execution.

You will build relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors, and builders, manage inquiries from WhatsApp,

Qualifications

• Good communication, fluent in English and Hindi is essential.
• Knowledge of color psychology is an asset.
• Ability to interpret and translate customer needs into design options.
• Research industry changes and best practices to stay updated.
• Focus on upselling and achieving organizational goals.
