Job summary

Roots Recruitment in Bengaluru is seeking a dynamic field sales professional to drive monthly revenue growth by building a robust garage-owner network in the Hebbal zone. You will regularly visit garages, acquire new accounts, reactivate dormant customers and collaborate with store, procurement and operations teams to optimize inventory and margins.

The role requires 2–6 years of sales experience and knowledge of automotive spare parts across multiple brands, along with excellent communication

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of sales/business development experience.
• Automotive spare parts/aftermarket experience preferred.
• Strong garage network in Bengaluru, especially North Bengaluru, is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Highly field-oriented, target-driven and proactive.
• Good understanding of multi-brand passenger vehicle spare parts.
