Job summary

Chaayos Sunshine Teahouse Private Limited. is seeking a RGM / Store Manager for its QSR operations in Chennai and Bangalore. The role requires at least 1 year of store management experience and hands-on P&L oversight to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

The candidate will lead store operations, manage costs, ensure hygiene and SOP compliance, and train the restaurant team. Shifts, weekends, and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience as Store Manager / Store Handler in QSR or restaurant operations.
• Hands-on experience in managing store P&L is mandatory.
• QSR / restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
