Job summary

Black Pepper in Mumbai is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to take complete ownership of one outlet — drive daily ops, guest experience, team management and training, and ensure hygiene and food safety.

You will uphold SOPs, quality standards and monitor P&L, inventory, and overall performance, leading by example with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or graduate degree with 5+ years experience in hospitality
• Minimum 1 year as Assistant Manager or Restaurant Manager in a QSR outlet
• Strong communication and leadership skills
