Job summary

Taco Bell India invites applications for a Restaurant Operations Manager role (RGM) in Hyderabad/Chennai. The candidate will lead process champions, supervise opening/closing of restaurants, coordinate staff training, and ensure timely execution of corporate and local marketing plans.

We seek strong communicators with leadership ability, capable of thriving under pressure, and with QSR/food industry experience. Minimum 2 years in QSR required to join this fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in QSR industry.
• Experience in restaurant operations management.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

• Experience with hiring and training staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing of restaurants.
• Coordinate training programs for staff.
• Ensure marketing plans are executed as per corporate/local guidelines.
• Prepare rosters and manage labor costs.
• Assist Profit & Loss management through cash controls and inventory.

Job Description

• Process Champion
• Closing & Opening of the restaurants
• Training Coordinator for the restaurants
• Ensures complete and timely execution of corporate & local marketing plans
• Rostering for team members
• Champions recognition and motivation efforts
• Maintaining fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensuring products are consistent with company quality standards
• Assists Profit & Loss management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions
• Assists Restaurant General Manager in interviewing & hiring team members
• Takes disciplinary action
• Ensures company standards on equipment, facility, and grounds are maintained by using a preventative maintenance program
• Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
