PAUL is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead its Jaipur outlet. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales and profitability, manage the team, and uphold PAUL's premium brand standards to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires strong leadership, cost control, and a track record with premium brands or international caf chains, with a focus on delivering consistent quality and guest satisfaction in a high-end setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• 610 years of relevant experience in restaurant, premium caf.
• Minimum 2–3 years in a managerial leadership role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant P&L, cost control, and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience with premium brands or international caf chains will be an advantage.
