Job summary

729 Grams Coffee Roasters in Pune is seeking a Restaurant Manager for our on-site café. You will oversee daily café operations, staff schedules, supervision of front-of-house and back-of-house, and ensure guest experiences meet high standards.

You’ll supervise service quality, manage inventory, place orders, handle vendor relations, hire and train team members, and contribute to promotions to grow the business.

Role Description

The Restaurant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at our café in Pune City. This role oversees daily café operations, including managing staff schedules, supervising front-of-house and back-of-house activities, and ensuring a smooth guest experience throughout the day. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, product quality, cleanliness, and safety, as well as monitoring inventory, placing orders, and managing vendor relationships. The role includes hiring, training, and coaching team members, handling customer feedback, and resolving issues promptly and professionally. The Restaurant Manager will also support basic financial and administrative tasks such as tracking sales, managing cash handling procedures, and contributing to promotional initiatives to grow the business.
