Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior resource management leader to oversee end-to-end resource fulfilment, forecasting, scheduling and capacity planning. You will partner with delivery leads, HR and Talent Acquisition to align staffing with business priorities and growth.

You will monitor service levels, drive KPI tracking, optimize bench utilization, conduct regular reviews, and establish governance forums to reduce risk and improve productivity.

Qualifications

• Graduate / MBA (HR)
• 12–14 years of overall experience
• 8+ years of relevant experience in end-to-end resource management, deployment, forecasting, and scheduling concepts
• Hands‑on knowledge of end-to-end resource management
• Proficiency in MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of data visualization tools is an added advantage
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and structured thinking abilities
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills

• Flexibility to adjust responsibilities to developing business needs

• Manage end-to-end resource fulfilment, aligning delivery timelines and business priorities
