Job summary

Job description

• Operational Excellence - Direct all property operations and conduct regular walkthroughs to enforce rigorous safety, cleanliness, and luxury SOPs across all departments before they affect guests.
  
• Commercial & Revenue Leadership - Collaborate with sales and marketing to optimize total revenue metrics (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR) and build high-value partnerships while protecting rate integrity through direct bookings.
  
• P&L Ownership - Manage the property P&L, annual budgets, and operational costs while holding department heads accountable for expenses and providing transparent financial and risk reporting to ownership.
  
• Leadership - Recruit and retain top talent based on character and capability, coaching department heads to build a strong leadership pipeline within a respectful, high-performance environment.
  
• F&B, Wellness Experiences - Drive distinctive, luxury dining and wellness experiences while continuously enhancing nature programming to increase guest length of stay and repeat visits.
  
• Ownership & Sustainability - Maintain transparent ownership relations, integrate daily operational sustainability practices, and enforce uncompromising safety, compliance, and decisive crisis management protocols.
  
• Brand & Guest Experience - Maintain high visibility to enforce luxury standards, champion anticipatory care, and personally ensure swift resolution of guest feedback and service failures.
  

Requirements

• 12+ years of luxury hotel/resort leadership, with proven experience as a General Manager or Hotel Manager.
  
• Full-service property management expertise, overseeing rooms, F&B, spa/wellness & weddings.
  
• Proven P&L ownership with a track record of driving revenue growth, profitability, and cost control.
  
• Deep luxury acumen, including a strong grasp of high-end guest expectations, service culture, and revenue management.
  
• Ownership relations experience, with the ability to present financial data and business performance at a senior level.
  
• Commercial fluency, including strong English communication skills and comfort with hotel analytics, dashboards, and technology.
