Job summary

Master Handlers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Site Services Engineer with 3–6 years of experience in mechanical engineering to lead installation, commissioning, and service activities on site.

The role includes supervising electrical and mechanical installations, conducting trials, and delivering training to clients. Responsibilities cover preventive and corrective maintenance, spare parts recommendations, and on-site/remote support to clients, ensuring quality and reliability of laminating press lines

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with hydraulic presses, thermal platens and automatic handling systems.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical schematics and process flow diagrams.
• Strong communication and client handling skills for field service roles.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission SCL, HPL lines with handling system and impregnation lines at outstation sites; 6–8 weeks duration.
• Ensure proper placement and alignment of equipment with system centerlines for optimal performance.
• Supervise electrical wiring, panels, cable ducts and control desks installation as per drawings.
• Supervise cables laying and electrical wiring per cable list and circuit diagrams.
• Conduct production trials and handover the machine to production department.
• Provide mechanical and electrical operational and maintenance training sessions.
• Prepare MOM with customer and close open points; maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on press lines and machinery.
• Identify and resolve hydraulic, pneumatic and machine issues on site.
• Prepare spare parts list and send quotations; provide technical support and client interaction.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
• Train client operators and maintenance teams on machine handling and safety protocols.
• Document service visits, issue reports and recommend upgrades or spare parts.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
• Support shop floor team for machine assembly supervision.
• Ensure machines produce panels meeting dimensional and surface quality standards.
• Conduct inspections during lamination, pressing and gluing stages.
• Send spare parts quotations to customers.

Role & responsibilities

Name of Post Site Services Engineer

Qualification Diploma Mech. / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Experience 3 to 6 Years

Date of Joining: Immediately joining

Responsibilities Installation & Commissioning

• Supervise and execute installation of SCL, HPL line with handling system, impregnation lines for MF with out station sites duration may be 6 to 8 weeks.
• Ensure proper placement of all equipment's, alignments with respect to system centerlines. Installation for better machine performance.
• Supervise Electrical wiring, panels, cable ducts, control desks and junction boxes installation as per drawing.
• Supervise cables laying and electrical wiring as per guidance of cable list and electrical circuit diagram.
• Actual Production trials to be conducted and handover machine to production department.
• Conduct mechanical and electrical Operational and maintenance training sessions.
• Make MOM with customer with closure of all open points. Maintenance & Troubleshooting
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on press lines and associated machinery.
• Understanding customer site machine issues for Hydraulic, Pneumatic & machine, required resolve it at site.
• Making recommended spares parts list at site & send quotation at customer. Technical Support & Client Interaction
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients for operational issues.
• Train client operators and maintenance teams on machine handling and safety protocols.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma Mech. / Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.

• Hands-on experience with hydraulic presses, thermal platens, and automatic handling systems.

Ability to read mechanical drawings, Hydraulic, Pneumatic electrical schematics, and process flow diagrams.

Strong communication and client-handling skills for field service roles
