The role requires reading GAD and civil foundation drawings, coordinating with customers and internal teams, and adhering to safety and quality standards. Expect frequent travel and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• 4–6 years of experience in machine maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of Fanuc & Siemens CNC machines and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission heavy machines at customer sites.
• Read and interpret General Arrangement Drawings (GAD) and foundation drawings.
• Diagnose and repair technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure safety, quality standards, and company procedures on site.
• Travel frequently to customer sites for installation and commissioning.

Job Description Service Engineer - Electrical

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Engineer - Electrical to join our Electrical Department

.

Key Requirements:

• Installation and commissioning of heavy machines at customer sites, ensuring proper machine integration, alignment, testing, and smooth operation.
• Carry out machine erection, installation, and commissioning activities as per technical specifications and drawings.
• Diagnose complex technical issues, perform troubleshooting and repairs, and minimize machine downtime.
• Conduct machine receiving, inspection, and site readiness checks before installation and commissioning.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, including General Arrangement Drawings (GAD), for machine installation and layout understanding.
• Understand and interpret civil foundation drawings to ensure proper foundation preparation and readiness before machine installation.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments to resolve technical issues and ensure timely completion of site activities.
• Apply logical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement effective technical solutions, even under pressure.
• Travel frequently to customer sites for machine installation, erection, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company procedures during all site service activities.

Required Candidate Profile:

Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 4-6 years of experience in machine maintenance.

Technical Expertise: Basic knowledge of Fanuc & Siemens CNC machines and electrical systems.

Skills: Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Willingness to travel extensively
