Job summary

Globalpackindia is seeking a field service engineer to install and commission packaging machines at customer sites in Chennai or Bangalore. The role involves performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues, and delivering prompt customer support.

You will maintain installation records and collaborate with sales, production, and design teams to ensure smooth deployments and quick issue resolution.

Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in servicing packaging machines or similar industrial equipment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and packaging machine operations.
• Age 25–35 years.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.
