Job summary

Embee Software in Jamshedpur, India is seeking a versatile IT support technician to handle hardware troubleshooting, remote assistance, and user support across desktops, laptops, printers, and networks. You will work in shifts, collaborate with the team, and prepare daily activity reports in MS Excel, while utilizing ServiceNow for ticketing and coordinating with clients on MS Teams and OneDrive.

Experience with plant environment knowledge is a plus; ready to adapt to fast-paced client

Qualifications

• Experience in hardware level troubleshooting and repair of desktop, laptop, printers, and network devices.
• Knowledge of remote support and hands-and-feet support for client OS and applications (MS-Teams, OneDrive).
• Willingness to work in all shifts and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for daily activity reports and reporting to the team lead.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing system to generate and manage tickets.
• Knowledge of plant environment and plant safety is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote assistance to customers across hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware at component level and repair PCs and printers.
• Prepare daily activity reports and share with team lead.
• Support MS Teams and OneDrive usage for clients.
• Participate in rotating shifts and collaborate with the team.

• if the candidate having knowledge about service now (SNOW) ticketing system for generate and manage the ticket.
• Candidate having knowledge about plant environment & plant safety that would be helpful for the candidate.
