Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in hardware troubleshooting and repairing desktop/laptop/printers.
• Familiar with remote support and client OS/applications including MS Teams and OneDrive.
• Willing to work in all shifts and report daily activity to TL.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware issues on desktop, laptop, printers and networks.
• Provide remote support and hands-on assistance for client OS and applications.
• Work in shifts (A/B/C) as part of a team and coordinate with colleagues.
• Prepare daily activity reports in MS Excel for the team lead.
• Utilize ServiceNow to generate and manage support tickets; escalate as needed.

• 1. Candidate should have fare knowledge about hardware level troubleshooting & repairing of Desktop/Laptop/Printers/Network etc.
• 2. Candidate should have knowledge of Remote Support and hands & feet support for client OS, Application softwares, MS-Teams, One Drive.
• 3. Able to work in all shifts (Like; A/B/C and general) as well as work in a team.
• 4. Should have knowledge in MS-Excel for preparing the reports related to the daily activity and share to his TL for final reporting.
• 5. if the candidate having knowledge about service now (SNOW) ticketing system for generate and manage the ticket.
• 6. Candidate having knowledge about plant environment & plant safety that would be helpful for the candidate.
