Job summary

Hotel Lakend in Udaipur is seeking an experienced Reservations Supervisor to lead the room-booking function at its property. You will oversee reservations, maintain accuracy, and collaborate with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to maximize occupancy.

The role requires 2–4 years in hotel reservations, a hospitality mindset, and proficiency with WINHMS, OTA extranets, and MS Office, along with strong communication and team-management skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Hotel Management or a related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in hotel reservations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of WINHMS, OTA extranets, and MS Office.
• Strong communication, coordination, and team management skills.
