Designation: Research Executive/Research Manager reporting to VP/Sr.VP. Responsibilities include supporting research, documentation, and data storage with pro­fessional growth across 11 service lines.

Qualifications

• B.Tech with MBA preferred.
• Conversant in English and Hindi; additional regional language is a plus.
• Internet savvy with proficiency in Power Point presentations and email/worksheet handling.
• Comfort with fast-paced work and adherence to process.

Responsibilities

• Support research work—downloading client reports and researching on LinkedIn; collect candidate details and set up meetings.
• Documentation—prepare RFIs, CAST forms, and compact candidate assessments.
• Prepare dockets for client reviews and interviews; ensure organized data storage.

Job Description

Designation of Hire: Research Executive/ Research Manager

Reports to: VP / Sr.VP

• Must Have Flair for recruitment and is desirous of a career in that line, all the better

• o Internet Savvy Proficiency required in Power Point Presentations ,emails and worksheets

Key Responsibilities

• Support research work – downloading annual reports of clients and competition, researching on LinkedIn and pulling CVs and other details of identified candidates, getting their contact details, checking preliminary interests and setting up meetings etc
• Documentation – finalize (of course with help from seniors) RFIs, Candidate Assessments Forms(CAST FORM), Comp Charts etc
• Documentation – printing & preparation of dockets prior to review meetings with clients or prior to interviews
• Data Storage
