Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities of a Sourcing Manager

• 1. Monthly Plan for deliverables
• 3. Creation of Sourcing Avenues
• 6. Candidate Assessment Quality improving in achieving 1.8 : 1 ratio for turn-up to Selection
• 7. Client Account Management, Account Mining
• 8. Team Management
• 9. MIS & Daily Reports
• 10. TMI Process Adherence Including DAR, KAR, TAPME, etc.

Personal Attributes:

Knowledge : Complete Sourcing Cycle, Recruitment Process, Billing cycle

Attitude : Target orientation, Number driven, Systems & Process orientation, Positive thinking, Team orientation, learning attitude

minimum of 3 years of related experience is Recruitment required

Should be conversant in English and Hindi. Knowledge of an additional regional language will be a definite plus

Computer Skills:

Proficiency required in , Emails and worksheets
