Job summary

Kanwar Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Plant & Machinery Engineer to manage construction plant, machinery, maintenance and site operations in Greater Noida.

You will plan preventive and breakdown maintenance, ensure equipment availability, and coordinate with site teams, operators, vendors and service providers. Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
• 5–6 years of experience in Plant & Machinery on construction sites.
• Knowledge of construction equipment and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain construction plant, machinery, and equipment at project sites.
• Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery.
• Ensure proper availability and utilization of equipment as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with site teams, operators, vendors, and service providers.
• Maintain machinery records, service schedules, logbooks, and maintenance reports.
• Monitor equipment performance, fuel consumption, and operating costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards during machinery operation and maintenance.
• Diagnose equipment breakdowns and coordinate timely repairs.
• Manage spare parts and maintenance requirements.
• Ensure minimum equipment downtime and smooth project operations.
