Job summary

JITO is seeking a proactive Plant & Machinery Coordinator to oversee construction machinery maintenance and daily diesel operations. You will maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting to support uninterrupted project execution.

In this role, you will coordinate with site engineers, operators, mechanics, and vendors, monitor equipment service schedules, and minimize downtime to maximize machine utilization. Strong problem-solving and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Oversee machinery maintenance and daily diesel operations.
• Maintain accurate records and report timely to support project execution.
• Coordinate with operators, mechanics, vendors, and site engineers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily condition and maintenance of construction machinery.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs.
• Ensure timely diesel filling for all machinery and vehicles.
• Maintain daily diesel consumption, machine hour, and maintenance records.
• Collect, verify, and submit daily diesel and maintenance bills with proper expense records (Hisab).
• Prepare and submit daily reports to the Accounts and Management team.
• Coordinate with operators, mechanics, vendors, and site engineers.
• Monitor servicing schedules and maintain maintenance history.
• Minimize equipment downtime and ensure efficient machine utilization.
• Perform other related duties assigned by management.
