Job summary

SRC COMPANY INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED seeks a seasoned professional to oversee operation, maintenance, and repair of construction equipment and heavy machinery across India. You will plan preventive maintenance and ensure minimal downtime while maintaining equipment records and coordinating mobilization with project teams.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma/BE/BTech in Mechanical/Electrical/Automobile engineering with 5–10 years of P&M experience, and willingness to travel to various project sites

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E / B. Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile Engineering (or equivalent)
• B.E / B. Tech in Mechanical
• 5-10 years of experience in P&M operations, maintenance, and equipment management, infra experience preferable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, maintenance, and repair of construction equipment and heavy machinery.
• Plan preventive maintenance schedules and ensure minimum downtime.
• Maintain records of equipment performance, fuel consumption, and repair history.
• Coordinate with project and site teams for equipment mobilization and demobilization.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Support in equipment inspections, audits, and spare parts management.
