Job summary

SRC COMPANY INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a seasoned P&M operations lead to oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of construction equipment across projects nationwide. The role requires 5–10 years experience in plant and machinery, diploma/BE/BTech in Mechanical/Electrical/Automobile, and willingness to travel to sites across India.

You will plan preventive maintenance, maintain records, ensure safety standards, and coordinate with site teams to minimize downtime while delivering

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E / B. Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile Engineering (or equivalent).
• Five to ten years experience in P&M operations, maintenance, and equipment management; infra experience preferable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, maintenance, and repair of construction equipment and heavy machinery.
• Plan preventive maintenance schedules and ensure minimum downtime.
• Maintain records of equipment performance, fuel consumption, and repair history.
• Coordinate with project and site teams for equipment mobilization and demobilization.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Support in equipment inspections, audits, and spare parts management.

• Willingness to travel and work at various project sites across India.
