Swadesh Milk in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, seeks a Sales MIS professional to compile daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports for the sales team. You will consolidate distributor and sales data, maintain Excel dashboards, and generate SKU-, area-, distributor-, and salesperson-wise reports.

The role requires 2+ years in sales MIS, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP software. Prior dairy sector experience is a plus.

Formación

• Graduate in any discipline, preferably B.Com, BBA, B.Sc. or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF formulas, charts and dashboards.
• Good understanding of MIS reporting and data analysis.
• Candidate having prior Dairy working experience will be preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports for Sales.
• Collect, verify and consolidate data of distributors, sales teams.
• Maintain Excel-based dashboards and performance reports.
• Prepare SKU-wise, area-wise, distributor-wise and salesperson-wise sales reports.
• Monitor data of crate, dispatch, stock and sales.
• Track primary & secondary sales, targets vs. achievements and sales growth.
• Prepare route/beat-wise and territory-wise performance reports.
• Possess at least 2 years of experience in sales MIS.
• Experience in software/ERP is required.
