Job summary

Clapbox In is seeking an MIS Executive to manage reporting and data across inventory, purchase, sales, production and dispatch in Greater Noida on-site. You will maintain MIS trackers in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets, reconcile Zoho Inventory with physical stock, and create dashboards using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS.

• 3-5 years of MIS Executive / MIS Analyst experience.
• Strong Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Proficient in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, and dashboards.
• Strong analytical and data reconciliation skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with Zoho Inventory / Zoho Books preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, distribution or e-commerce preferred.
• Good communication skills; Hindi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
• Track Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Production, Warehouse and Dispatch data.
