Job summary

Randstad India is seeking a skilled Sales MIS Executive to manage and analyze sales data across Mumbai and Ahmedabad. The role focuses on creating daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, ensuring data integrity, and delivering actionable insights for sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas.
• Proficiency in MS Office and database/BI tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis, preferably in the FMCG or sales domain.
• Minimum 2–7 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and present daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and sales dashboards.
• Collect, organize, and cleanse data from accounting, CRMs, and internal systems to ensure high accuracy.
• Analyze sales trends, variances, and KPIs; identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
• Support audit and finance functions by gathering and verifying financial records.
• Track service and operational KPIs (SLA adherence, PM adherence, complaint response, DG deployment) and generate performance dashboards.
• Maintain service and customer databases, ensuring the accuracy of key account information.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to collect data and resolve data discrepancies.
• Create and update financial summaries such as profit and loss statements and budgets.
• Support day‑to‑day operational requirements and reporting for insurance products and other business areas.
