Job summary

Zebronics in India seeks an experienced MIS Executive to manage and analyze Sales, Service, Inventory, and Management data, automating reporting processes with Advanced Excel, VBA, and Macros.

You will prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, develop automated dashboards, and coordinate with Sales, Service, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure data accuracy.

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years in MIS or Reporting, strong Excel skills, and proficiency in Hindi, Tamil, and English.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of MIS/Reporting/Business Operations experience.
• VBA and Macro Automation experience is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Hindi, Tamil and English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports for Sales, Service, Inventory, Logistics and management.
• Develop automated reports, trackers, dashboards, and templates using VBA and Macros.
• Handle large data volumes with emphasis on accuracy and timely reporting.
• Perform data analysis using Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, and lookups.
• Consolidate data from multiple departments for management reports.
• Track sales, service data, inventory, stock movement and targets.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Warehouse, Logistics to validate data.
• Identify data discrepancies and implement timely corrections.
• Automate repetitive MIS processes to improve efficiency.
• Prepare customized reports and dashboards as needed by management.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced MIS Executive with strong expertise in Advanced Excel, VBA, and Macro Automation. The candidate will be responsible for handling and analyzing Sales, Service, Inventory, and Management data, preparing MIS reports, and automating reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Role & responsibilities :

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for Sales, Service, Inventory, Logistics, and Management.
• Develop automated reports, trackers, dashboards, and templates using VBA and Macros.
• Handle large volumes of data and ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
• Perform data analysis using Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and Conditional Formatting.
• Consolidate data from multiple departments and prepare management reports.
• Track and monitor sales performance, service data, inventory, stock movement, logistics, pending reports, and targets/achievements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Warehouse, Logistics, and other teams to collect and validate data.
• Identify data discrepancies and ensure timely correction.
• Automate repetitive MIS processes and improve reporting efficiency.
• Prepare customized reports and dashboards as required by management.

Preferred candidate profile :

• 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in MIS, Reporting, Business Operations, Sales MIS, or Service MIS
• VBA & Macro Automation experience is mandatory.
• Hindi, Tamil, and English language proficiency is mandatory.
