Live Connections is seeking a JD EXECUTIVE MIS to support the Sales & Distribution function with MIS reporting, data management, and cross-team coordination to track sales activities, retail outlet performance, and distributor operations.

The role emphasizes order processing, sales reporting, import/export analysis, and maintaining master data for outlets and distributors, delivering actionable insights to management with advanced Excel and SAP.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar MIS/ Sales reporting role.
• UG degree is mandatory.
• Fluency in English and local language is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales order processing and generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Prepare and analyse import/export MIS reports to support operations and compliance.
• Maintain a master database of retail outlets and distributors and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare and distribute secondary sales reports for senior management and field teams.
• Deliver ad hoc MIS and analytics reports as requested by the Sales & Distribution team.
• Use advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF) and SAP for data analysis and reporting.

DESCRIPTION:

To support the Sales & Distribution function through effective MIS reporting, data management, stakeholder Management and supporting, coordinating across teams to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities, retail outlet performance, and distributor operations

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Order Processing & Sales Reporting:

• Manage sales order processing and generate daily, weekly, and monthly primary and secondary sales reports.

Import/Export Analysis:

• Prepare and analyse import/export MIS reports to support business operations and compliance.

Retail Outlet & Distributor Management:

• Maintain a master database of retail outlets and distributors.
• Support the addition of new retail outlets and distributors into the system,
• Ensuring proper documentation and validation.
• Track performance metrics and generate related reports.

Secondary Sales Reporting:

• Prepare and distribute secondary sales reports, ensuring visibility from senior management to field teams.
• Understand and apply the logic of secondary sales data to ensure report accuracy.

Ad Hoc Reporting:

• Deliver ad hoc MIS and analytics reports as requested by the Sales & Distribution team or management.

Excel & Data Handling:

• Use advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF formulas, charts, etc.) for analysis and reporting.
• Apply logical thinking and data validation techniques to ensure accurate,

clean, and actionable reports.

SPECIFICATIONS:

Experience:

2 or more years of experience in a similar role.

Educational Qualification:

Any UG degree mandatory

Proficiency:

Local language, Fluency in English.
