Parag Milk Foods Ltd seeks a competent SFA administrator to manage the Sales Force Automation platform and generate essential business reports. You will ensure accurate data entry from sales teams and distributors while monitoring performance metrics and stock movements.

The role involves creating daily to monthly MIS reports, maintaining dashboards, and providing L1/L2 support. Collaboration withSales teams and support teams is key to front-line data reliability.

• Monitor distributor billing, inventory, claims and order fulfilment.
• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Support sales teams in effective utilization of SFA APP and resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate with the support team for technical issues and system enhancements.
• Provide actionable insights to the Sales team based on SFA data.
• Maintain dashboards and reports for management reviews.
• Support new user onboarding, training and process adherence.
• Provide L1 and L2 support.
