Job summary

Aadishakti Green Systems Private Limited in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, invites a proactive Renewable Energy Backend Operations Executive to support the management of renewable energy opportunities and coordinate among clients, developers, consultants and other stakeholders.

You will handle project tracking, maintain databases and CRM records, assist in proposals and documentation, and help the Business Development team with meetings and follow-ups in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in renewable energy, power, infrastructure, EPC or project management.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with good written and verbal communication.
• Proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track renewable energy projects and opportunities from enquiry through closure.
• Maintain project databases, CRM records and opportunity trackers.
• Coordinate with clients, developers, consultants, EPC companies and other stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation, information collection and follow-ups.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, project profiles and commercial documentation.
• Track deadlines and next actions across active projects.
• Support Business Development in meetings, proposals and activities.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up with all stakeholders.

About the Role

Aadishakti Green Systems is looking for an organized and proactive Project & Operations Executive to support the management of renewable energy opportunities and ensure smooth coordination between clients, developers, consultants and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track renewable energy projects and business opportunitiesfrom initial enquiry through closure.
• Maintain project databases, CRM records and opportunity trackers.
• Coordinate with clients, developers, consultants, EPC companies and otherstakeholders.
• Manage project documentation, information collection and follow-ups.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, project profiles and commercialdocumentation.
• Track pending activities, deadlines and next actions across active projects.
• Support the Business Development team and management in meetings,proposals and business development activities.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up with all relevant stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in renewable energy, power, infrastructure, EPC,project management or a related industry.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic CRM tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and execution capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proactive, responsible and comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurialenvironment.

Preferred

• Experience in solar, wind, open access, PPA, EPC, project development or powersector operations will be preferred
