Job summary

Aziro is seeking a BMC Remedy Workflow Developer to design, customize, and maintain our on-premise Remedy platform. You will build custom workflows and automate IT operations using Remedy Developer Studio to streamline incident, change, asset, and service requests.

The role involves configuring core objects (Forms, Active Links, Filters, Escalations, Guides), integrating with external systems via REST/SOAP, and troubleshooting server logs to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with BMC Remedy ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Asset, Service Request).
• Strong understanding of workflow development concepts and core objects (Forms, Active Links, Filters).
• Ability to integrate Remedy with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong debugging and log analysis skills (arerror.log, API logs).

Responsibilities

• Workflow Development: Create/modify custom core objects using Remedy Developer Studio.
• ITSM CMDB: Configure Remedy ITSM modules and Atrium CMDB on-premise.
• Integrations: Build data exchanges with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Troubleshooting: Analyze logs to diagnose issues and optimize performance.

• Workflow Development: Create and modify custom core objects (Forms, Active Links, Filters, Escalations, and Guides) using Remedy Developer Studio.
• ITSM CMDB: Configure and support on-premise Remedy ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Asset, and Service Request Management) and Atrium CMDB.
• Integrations: Build and maintain data exchanges with external corporate systems using REST/SOAP API Web Services.
• Troubleshooting: Analyze server logs (arerror.log, filter, and API logs) to debug workflow issues and optimize database performance
