Job summary

Aziro in Pune district seeks a seasoned ITSM specialist to design, develop, test, and deploy Remedy ITSM solutions aligned with business requirements.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, develop custom filters and workflows using Remedy Studio, and provide CMDB guidance to ensure accurate asset tracking and incident management efficiency. The role requires 5–10 years in IT services and strong AR System knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in IT services & consulting with expertise in BMC Remedy ITSM.
• Strong understanding of AR System concepts and its integration with other systems.
• Proficiency in developing complex filters and workflows using Remedy Studio.
• Experience with escalations process design, implementation, and maintenance.
