Job summary

Input Zero Technologies (IZT) seeks a Remedy Developer to design, configure, and upgrade BMC Remedy solutions, and to customize applications to meet client needs and specifications. You will integrate Remedy with external systems via web services and REST APIs, manage patches and AR/Mid-Tier upgrades, and configure high-availability clusters for reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in BMC Remedy (development, configuration, upgrades).
• Strong knowledge of integrating Remedy with external systems via web services and REST APIs.
• Experience upgrading Remedy AR Server and Remedy Mid-Tier with latest patches.
• Ability to configure Remedy v9.x in high-availability, clustered environments.
• Experience customizing Remedy applications to meet customer requirements.
• Familiarity with SSO, RSSO, and LDAP plugins for access management.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and consulting skills; willing to travel.
