About The Role

• Ensure smooth coordination for policy issuance, renewals, and servicing.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Life and/or Health Insurance (mandatory).
• Prior exposure to POSP / Agency / Advisor management.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and training skills.
• Target-oriented and customer-focused mindset.

Experience & Qualification

• RM: 2-4 years of relevant experience
• SRM: 4-7 years of relevant experience
• Graduation required (MBA/PGDM preferred)
