Job summary

InsuranceDekho in India is seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager to grow the Motor and Health Insurance agency channel. You will onboard POSP agents, manage relationships, and drive sales while delivering excellent service.

The role requires strong communication, willingness to travel, and a target-driven mindset. You will coordinate with internal teams, train agents, expand the local network, and help clients find suitable insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any stream.
• 1–3 years of experience in Insurance / Sales / Agency channel.
• Basic knowledge of Motor & General Insurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented individual.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Fluency in English and local language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and onboard potential POSP agents within assigned territories.
• Manage and service existing POS agents to drive sales growth.
• Handle customer queries and ensure quick resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales processes.
• Conduct offline training and support for POSP agents.
• Maintain and expand local agent network.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable insurance solutions.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase business.
