Job summary

InsuranceDekho is searching for a dynamic Relationship Manager for the Health Insurance agency channel in Delhi, India. The ideal candidate will handle POSP agents, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service while nurturing strong business relationships.

Candidates with a graduation degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience are preferred. Knowledge of Motor & General Insurance along with good communication skills is essential. This role requires frequent travel and offers a competitive salary based on performance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Insurance / Sales / Agency channel.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Fluency in English and local language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and onboard potential POSP agents within assigned territories.
• Manage and service existing POS agents to drive sales growth.
• Handle customer queries and ensure quick and satisfactory resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales processes.
• Conduct offline training and support for POSP agents.
• Maintain and expand local agent network.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable insurance solutions.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase business.
